  5. After starting WinEject it will install a small icon in the system
  6. tray near to the clock. Double-click on it with the left mouse-button
  7. and your cd-rom drive will open, click once and it will close.
  8. This program is also able to eject other media, like ZIP-drives.
  9.  
  10. WinEject requires exactly one parameter to start. This parameter can 
  11. be a drive letter or the string 'mci', followed by a drive letter:

  13. 1. wineject x:
  14.  
  15.    If you start WinEject like this it will open and close the drive 
  16.    with the letter x. Be sure to specify a valid letter because Win-
  17.    Eject isn't checking what kind of drive x is.
  18.    Use this mode also for ejecting other media (Zip-drives, ...).
  19.    ! In this mode it is currently not possible to close a cd-rom 
  20.      drive using Win95, this works only with the second method.
  21.      With NT 4 both methods work.

  23. 2. wineject mcix

  25.    In this mode WinEject will open and close the MCI cd-rom drive 
  26.    with the drive letter x. Be sure to have a MCI driver installed
  27.    for cdaudio.
  28.    This mode only works with cd-rom drives.

  32. This program is distributed as card-ware (mail-ware). It may be distributed
